Traceable raw material control: We conduct qualification audits for all suppliers and carry out incoming inspections for every batch of raw materials to strictly control pesticide residues and microorganisms.

Monitoring of critical procedures in the whole process: CCP (Critical Control Points) are set for baking, cooling, metal detection and packaging, with complete archived records kept for the whole production process.

Batch-wise finished product sample retention for full traceability.
